Nicole Ravellette

CASE MANAGER

When I’m not helping families here at Beneficent, I’m either snowboarding on the mountain with my husband or torturing myself with golf.

The beginning of my career was spent in retail as a buyer and financial planner, but I’ve always felt pulled toward the senior community.

My mother dedicated her life to helping families as a social worker for Circle of Life Hospice in Northwest Arkansas. I got to personally see the relief and hope she provided to families as their loved ones approached the end of life. Because of her example, I started volunteering for hospice in college and that created the passion I have for seniors today.

Every year Beneficent hosts an annual meeting away from the office. As a team, we schedule sessions for professional and personal development, we share laughs and have fun, and strategize what is working well, and what is not working well. In this video you will hear Nicole explain why she is motivated to do what she does for Beneficent's clients.

After years in the retail industry, I felt unfulfilled and knew I wanted to make a real impact in people's lives. I went back to school to get my master’s degree in accounting and after I graduated, I found Beneficent, a company that truly does “do good for others”.

I love all the families I work with here and am so thankful I can use my talents to help them plan for Long-term Care. When I’m not helping families here at Beneficent, I’m either snowboarding on the mountain with my husband or torturing myself with golf. We have one fur baby, Pip, who is the cutest nugget on the planet and spoiled rotten.
